IT Girls is looking for committed, caring women to serve as mentors for our 2026–27 program year. Mentors are the heart of what makes this work — walking alongside girls ages 10 to 18 as they build confidence, character, and community.

No particular professional background is required. We welcome mentors from every career and walk of life. What matters is the willingness to show up, listen, and lead by example.
Mentors commit to the full program year so our girls get the stability that meaningful mentorship requires.
