IT Girls runs on people who decide a girl in Texas should have a mentor, a workshop, and a Saturday worth showing up for. Your gift pays for the rooms she walks into and the women who are already there waiting for her.

Not every useful thing is a donation. Time, a room, and an introduction all count.
Around six hours a month with a group of girls, across the program year. Mentors complete a background check before placement.
Schools, companies, and community groups host sessions, open their space, or sponsor a program across Texas.

Girls don’t need a perfect role model. They need a trusted woman who listens, encourages them, and returns. Commit approximately six hours a month to support girls throughout the program year.
